It’s the first day of spring!  A great day to start learning effective psychological skills.  Be your own Therapist.

No, you don’t need to know what the specific problem is.  Together, we will identify what is currently getting in the way of your quality of life.  It’s ok, I’ll take you through it step by step.

If you would like to, yes! 

Also, if you are depressed and currently having thoughts of ending your life, then this course is not for you.  It’s not for you because when you are having these thoughts you need more support than an online course can give.  I would love to be your person, I can’t do that online.  If you are having these thoughts, please, PLEASE talk to your Doctor, or go directly to a hospital with an emergency department.  

No.  You already know your life story, I don’t need to hear it to help you.  This is a collaboration between you and me and my team.  You are the Expert on you.  I am the Expert at psychology and psychological skills and techniques that work.

These skills have been proven to work.  If you can’t apply them, perhaps you need me to explain it a different way.  Or perhaps you are hesitating for a reason.  Or perhaps you need to fully understand the rationale behind the skill.  That is what I am here for, that is what your coach is here for – to support you in the application of these skills.  We’ll do everything we can to help you know exactly how to apply these skills.  Then the choice is yours.

Yes, and no.  Those 30 days will pass whether you do it or not.  It’s most effective, and easier for you, if you let me guide you day by day.  Each day builds upon the previous day, so that you gradually accumulate the foundation skills for good pscyhological health.

You have a choice.  Take what you have learned and continue to apply it to your life.  Or, you may prefer to continue with our support.  It’s completely up to you.
